Ingredients

For the Oatmeal Base

  • 2 cups of Oats
  • 4 cups of Water (divided)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oats In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of oats with 2 cups of water. Set on high heat

Step 2: Mix the Protein In a shaker, blend 2 scoops of Truvani Chocolate Protein powder with the remaining 2 cups of water. Ensure a smooth mix to avoid clumps.

Step 3: Combine & Cook Pour the protein-water mixture into the saucepan with the oats. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir regularly and bring to a boil.

Step 4: Let It Rest Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. This ensures a creamy consistency.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy Stir well and ensure the oatmeal is not too runny and serve in your favorite bowl. Add toppings of your choice for an extra treat! You can also add a dash of milk of your choice to cool down the oatmeal as well!
