  • Baking Tray – USA Bakeware Half Sheet Pan
  • Mixing Bowls – Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls Set (Set of 6)
  • Silicone Spatula – OXO Good Grips 3 Piece Silicone Spatula Set
  • Non-Stick Mat – Amazon Basics Silicone Baking Mat

Instructions:

Step 1 – Preheat: Begin by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C). While waiting, line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2 – Melt Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the vegan butter for 30 seconds until completely melted.

Step 3 – Mix Ingredients: To the melted butter, add the oats and vanilla protein. Stir until everything is well combined.

Step 4 – Spread on Tray: Transfer your mixture onto the baking tray, spreading it thinly.

Step 5 – Bake: Initially, bake for 12 minutes. Afterward, remove, stir, spread out once again, and bake for an additional 6 minutes.

Step 6 – Cool: Once out of the oven, allow the crumble to cool, which will also help it harden slightly, achieving that delightful crunch.
